LDR Worldwide was founded in 2007 by Dr. Denise Reading in conjunction with a charter group of United States Community Colleges with the goal of taking advantage of the best practices in adult education focused on behavioral change and skills development. LDR set out with a domestic distribution model that would allow for consistent training & development across the footprint of national and multi-national companies.
In 2008, Dr. Reading founded the management company is now known as LDR Worldwide (formally known as Global Collaborative Connections, LLC) to support the development of business relationships between LDR and large, multi-national companies and to provide the oversight for curriculum design and program management for solution implementation and evaluation.
By 2009, LDR expanded its footprint to include global delivery.
By 2014, LDR provided learning and development resources in all 50 United States and 30 Countries around the world. Currently, LDR serves 17 industry sectors in building and implementing learning programs that support technical and professional skill development to pre-employment workers, individual contributors, front-line leaders, supervisors, managers, managers of managers, and senior executives.
By 2016, LDR Expanded our services to includes pipeline development of workers as well as strategic consulting which include executive and senior level leadership coaching.

Leadership:
Throughout her career as a record breaking sales representative with Proctor and Gamble, an award-winning fundraiser at Baldwin-Wallace College, President of Cuyahoga Community College’s Corporate College, and, most recently, as the founder and President of LDR Worldwide, Dr. Reading has been devoted to creating possibilities.
Dr. Reading’s lifelong vision has been to close the talent gap by enabling businesses and organizations to become more innovative, more productive, and thus more profitable by investing in their most valuable resource: their people.
Dr. Reading is committed to creating true partnerships to assist clients in achieving unprecedented levels of success and value creation.
Dr. Reading received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas, her Master’s degree from Bowling Green State University, and her Ph.D. from Kent State University. She is credited as a highly successful fundraiser in higher education and regularly serves on Boards and Advisory Committees related to economic development, educational access, and the advancement of urban planning.
